The Finance Department supports Hardee County School Board operations by processing, recording, and reporting financial transactions in a timely and accurate manner. Finance prepares and amends a $65 million budget; accounts for over 2,800 assets; and issues over 5,000 purchase orders, 6,000 accounts payable checks, and 21,000 paychecks in a typical fiscal year.
