Employee Assistance Program

You want to do your best on the job. But when you have something on your mind, it can affect your work as well as your home life. If one part of your life is out of balance, it affects your entire life. Our purpose for offering an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is to provide resources that can help you restore your balance. We know that you can achieve your goals through the right information and short-term counseling. Referrals to legal, financial, child and elder care resources give you even more resources to keep work and life balanced. Keep in mind that services are free and confidential. No one will know you’ve called an EAP.

Hardee County School Board offers two (2) Employee Assistance Programs through New Directions Behavioral Health and United Behavioral Health – Optum.
