Our elementary gifted students continue their travels around the globe!
This time they explored Asia, visiting various landmarks using VR headsets. While reading Grandfather Tang’s story, they used tangrams to create animals. Students learned that the highest and lowest points on Earth are both in Asia; students made mountain climbers in honor of Mt. Everest. After reading the Floating Field about a Thai soccer team, they worked on the book each student is writing featuring all 7 continents.
